All booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Space is offered on a first-come, first serve basis, determined by date of payment received.
Vendors are held responsible for all sales tax and insurance needs.
Event Organizers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages that may occur.
Event Organizers reserve the right to request removal of any merchandise or goods that conflict with this family friendly event or do not meet its quality standards.
This event is NOT weather dependent; meaning, it will occur rain, snow, or shine. By signing below, you are requesting a booth space and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
